Challenge
- Create a digital membership application that doubles as a custom database. The database tracks the dogs and their handlers competing multiple times a year, across a variety of classes while accumulating points towards becoming CBSRC Dog of the Year for each class.
- Design a custom logo to represent CBSRC.
Value
- Provide a low cost solution by building a highly customized, digital workflow with Airtable that assists a volunteer organization responsible for 100+ members—many owning and running multiple dogs at each event. The membership application, results for each event throughout the year, as well as the Dog of the Year totals are all embedded directly to the club website for members use.
- This hand-drawn logo was developed from an original photograph taken by Wingshot Photography of a CBSRC member's Boykin Spaniel. The logo was designed for multiple uses—from vinyl decals, to club t-shirts, to the side of a utility trailer and more.
